Can someone else collect cake behalf of me?
Yes! Any one cane collect cake behalf of you as long as you give them order number & your name they can collect your cake we always advice take picture of your cake and sand you to make sure its the same cake you have order and correct message is on cake.

How long can we store cake and in fridge or without fridge?
you can store cake for 24H in fridge as all our cake contain fresh cream it only can be store in fridge we recomnde for better taste and freshnesse collect cake few hours befor party and imdatly store in fridge till party begains.

How do i cancel my order if i change my mined or i have emergency?
First Contct your local store Inform them why you want to cancel your order local store infomation can be obtain from our website store location or google search.
In the event of a return, refund or exchange of any non cancellable order purchased by our website we ask you to contact you local store directly using order number but keep in mind all our cakes made to order personalised or any cake must be collect on time as the appear on order receipt. Preparation of your order start as early as 24 hours before collection please if you try to cancel you order within 24 hours of collection or delivery time we might not be able to cancel your order or uncollected cakes for any reason No refund will be issue. for cake shelf life reason uncollected cake will be destroyed after 24 hours of collection time.
