Mr & Mrs Gurvinder...
Mr and Mrs Gurvinder who opened one of our Store in Birmingham. Mr Gurvinder previously worked as a taxi driver and Mrs Gurvinder worked in a pizza shop. They both have now opened there own Cake Inn Store. Having a successful and busy shop they are in discussions to open further branches in Birmingham.
What you’ll need and cost to set up Cake Inn store.?
As a Franchisee you’ll need to make a significant up-front financial investment, which means having at least £60K in unencumbered funds, these figures depend on size location of shop and equipment you use excluding lease, rent, licence and other fees that may occur while the shop gets ready. You’ll also need to demonstrate you can lead from the front and work within our framework to give yourself the greatest chance of success.

The full process to become cake in franchisee
Step 1
Complete a application form (see form below). We will then review your application.
Step 2
Once the application is successful you then attend a meeting at the Cake Inn head office located in Leicester
Step 3
Secure your area and look for a shop
Step 4
After finding a shop, you need to arrange a viewing for the management team to approve
Step 5
Make a business plan, we can help you with the plan and get your funding ready.
Step 6
Make offer to the shop owner or agent, we will help you get the best deal possible.
Step 7
After the offer is accepted then start the lease paperwork, after the lease process is finished we can then start the building work.
Step 8
Get yourself booked in for training at our training centre and get ready to open your own Cake Inn business.
